Couldn't have asked for a better service experience! They were quick to respond to my request for a quote, had Saturday hours, and were very reasonably priced. That won my appointment booking right there. Hawk showed up on time. He reviewed with me the work he was going to perform. He performed the work with quality and excellence, then he reviewed it with me afterward to make sure I was happy. He was respectful of my home by protecting the corners of the walls and made sure his equipment was not in the way. He came to do a couch cleaning and did a terrific job. The color was restored and the odor that was left in it by a tenant was all gone. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed

Best Carpet Cleaning experience I have encountered in a while. We were in need of someone that could do de-flea and de-tick so just your average carpet cleaner wouldn't do. We also had a very large black paint stain left by my sweet 2 year old. haha. I shopped around to at least 8 different carpet cleaners and NOVA STEAMERS stuck out due to HAWK's thorough questions and willingness to come out and check out the spots in our home to accurately treat the stains. hawk was professional and timely. Great Experience!! After scheduling with Sears a week prior they called me the day before to say that they were unable to come at the time I scheduled which was 4:30-9 after work and that they could only come 9am-12. I was frantic to find someone that would fit mine or my husbands schedule. After reading reviews on yelp I decided to call NOVA STEAMERS and I'm glad I did. Not only were they able to schedule me for the next day at the time I needed, they were punctual and provided a great service at a great price! I am just so pleased that I have found NOVA STEAMERS Carpet Cleaning. I have used so many others who I was almost certain did nothing to the carpet except wet it, since it looked exactly the same after the cleaning as it did before. This time I was astounded that the carpet could look almost new again. Please don't believe the specials that companies run in their ads. You cannot get a whole house cleaning anywhere for what NOVA STEAMER is charging and have it actually get clean. Also HAWK is kind and a true professional. I saw the difference immediately when he arrived. He allowed me to watch the process, explaining as it went along. His pretreatments got out so many stains that I thought were permanent. Please trust me on this one.

I'm so pleased and happy with the the service I just received! Extremely awesome service and professionalism sums up my experience. HAWK was punctual, accommodating of my schedule, provided an extremely great value for the service that he provided and most importantly he was able to get the dirt off my mattress and box springs which happened to be a direct result of a cross country relocation in which the items shifted in the trailer while in transit. This was the best customer service I have received since moving to Virginia. HAWK was very respectful to myself, and to the house. He helped me move some of the items off of the floor, and did a magnificent job cleaning the carpet! His work ethic is diligent, yet finished in good time. It looks like a brand new carpet, and i finally feel at peace in my new home. He even went the extra mile to show me how to restore power after the circuit breaker has popped. I could recommend him a thousand times over!

Our carpets were in need of a deep cleaning with having a dog and 2 cats. HAWK was very professional and helpful in answering all my questions and easily accommodated my schedule when I had to switch the day. HAWK showed up right on time the day of and was also very professional. He was in and out of our apartment in an hour and the carpets look great, He got all the spots and stains out, We will definitely contact NOVA STEAMERS next year since we'll need to have the carpets re-done when we move out.

Fantastic customer service and fantastic job cleaning my carpets! I had several dark stains on a walkout basement Berber carpet, and they were able to get them all up and have the carpet looking new again! Hawk who came out was very nice and knowledgable, and made me feel very comfortable with my choice of carpet cleaning companies. Will definitely use them again :)

Very friendly and on time. Had an area rug cleaned picked it up and dropped it off right on time. Looks great. When I talked to Hawk the owner . I told him I had a couple of dogs who would go crazy when they would show up if they rang the door bell. I asked if they would call just before arriving so I could put them in another room. That wouldn't be a problem and they did that as they entered the court. Sounds crazy but that was a big help. On to the cleaning of my tile floor which got flooded with water from a backup of a sub pump. That came out great and job was done to perfection. Next on my list was the cleaning of furniture. They had given me an estimate when they did my tile floor. They followed thru with the same perfection. In fact the price was less than the estimate. Great Job. Do yourself a favor and hire NOVA STEAMERS for your next job.

After a handyman did work in my house with no regard for my new white shag rug, I was desperate to find someone who could clean it fairly quickly and at a reasonable price. I sent messages to several companies and most either wanted too much for it or couldn't clean it without removing it from my home. I was also told by other companies that shag rugs are difficult to clean and there was no guarantee that the rug would look good afterwards. Messaging the owner of this company was like a breath of fresh air. He responded promptly, addressed all of my concerns and even gave me a nice discount. He arrived on time and did a fantastic job cleaning both my rug and car. He is very honest and I am very impressed by how clean everything looks! I would recommend this company over others if anyone is looking for quality work done at a more than reasonable price.

NOVA STEAMERS came over to clean two of my large area rugs. The crew was polite and professional and did a great job of cleaning my rugs. The rugs had a lot of dirt that our dogs had tracked in from the backyard. They did a great job relatively quickly, and their method left the rugs clean and nearly dry. If I compare the cost of having the rugs picked up and cleaned per square foot, this was much more cost effective. I will be calling them again.

I generally read more reviews than I write, but had to write one here. I was searching for a carpet cleaner at the last minute (read: 11pm on a Thursday night for a Saturday service.). I went through all of the top rated reviews and was honestly pretty impressed. When I was requesting quotes, the option to send my information to other vendors appeared. Of course, I clicked all of them to compare prices & services, with the goal of obtaining the best value. Again, this is 11pm on Thursday night... Steam Masters, quite to my surprise, responded almost immediately. Hawk, the owner, quickly and easily provided me a rough quote. I sent him photos and two quick videos of the areas needing service. He came back with a firm quote & I said let's do it. Here we are Saturday afternoon. We scheduled an 11am appointment & Hawk was at the house at 10:50. We walked through the property to identify any potential trouble spots and he got right to work. Two hours later, et voila... all done. Hawk explained the process and what exactly he did. We walked through the property, wearing shoe booties he provided (Nice touch. Appreciate the attention to detail!) His work, just like his level of responsiveness, was on point! To illustrate the nastiness he was able to extract from the carpet, Hawk showed me the clean water tank, the water that was extracted from my carpets, and a lint trap contraption (don't know the name) of solids (mainly dog hair) he pulled out of the carpet. Wow! In short, this guy was super cool, knows his craft, and runs a solid business. I would gladly use him again & recommend his business to anyone looking to have carpets cleaned. I have no connection to Hawk or his business, nor was I compensated for the review. This guy earned it all on his own!
